GREAT FALLS, Mont. -- The University of Providence tips off their Argo basketball camps starting today. The first camp is a two-day event with boys and girls ages K-8. All sessions are hosted in McLaughlin Gymnasium by coaches J.C. Isakson, Shyke Smalls, Stephanie McDonagh, and men's and women's basketball student athletes. Campers will receive extensive fundamental work, competition, and lots of fun.
The Argo team camp runs from June 28-29. This event is open to both boys and girls at the high school level and gives them the opportunity to play competitive five-on-five basketball. Each team plays five games in a round robin format at various divisions and levels.
On July 8 and 9 is the Argo Boys Elite Camp and the Argo Girls Elite Camp. These camps are one day only and for kids in grades 9-12. These groups are exposed to more of an advanced skill development curriculum and intense competition as seen at a college level program.
