GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence men's hockey program heads to Helena on Jan. 16 and Bozeman on Jan. 18 for a pair of matchups. UP will face Montana State on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. and again on Saturday at 7:30 p.m.Â

Junior Adam Husli is the goal leader after scoring 22 so far this season and has the most points on the team with 43. Junior Colby Friedrich is second on the team in goals with 18 and has the second most points on the team with 41. Sophomore Paul Jarvis is the save leader for the Argos, tallying 379 in 23 games while giving up 3.01 goals per game so far this season.Â

Montana State comes into the contest as the #1 ranked team in the West Region just ahead of the Argos #4 ranking. This will be the third matchup this season between the Argos and the Bobcats with the season series split 1-1. Montana state won the most recent matchup 8-3 on 10/19/24. Â
