GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence softball program heads to Ashland, Ore. for a Cascade Collegiate Conference matchup versus #1 Southern Oregon. UP will play at 3:00 p.m. (MST) and 5:00 p.m. (MST) on Friday, and Noon (MST) and 2:00 p.m. (MST) on Saturday.

Last Time Out
The Argos defeated Warner Pacific 5-4 in the finale of their three-game series in Portland, Ore. Freshman Tehneson Ehnes went three for four with two RBIs and freshman Madison White threw all seven innings while striking out six.  

Season Leaders
Senior Brynn Cullen and freshman Tehneson Ehnes are the Argos leading hitters thus far batting .433 and .400, respectively. Senior Sydnee Weber has been the biggest run producer for UP driving in 12 runs so far this season and sophomore Ashley Mitchell has been the anchor on the mound totaling 36.2 innings with an ERA of 5.34

Southern Oregon
The Raiders were ranked #1 in the latest NAIA Coaches' Poll after starting their season 21-1. Southern Oregon is 6-0 in CCC play so far this season and are coming off an 11-0 victory over Carroll College their last time out.
