BOZEMAN, Mont. – The University of Providence indoor track and field teams competed at Montana Tech Winter Series Friday night.
The Argos had a few highlights on Friday in sophomores
Lauren Cima,
Bria Henry, and senior
Josh Golemon.
Cima placed first in the Shot Put with a throw of 13.64 which broke her own school record and qualified her at B Standard for the NAIA Indoor National Championships.
Henry placed first in the Weight Throw on Friday with a throw of 15.44m which is the fifth farthest throw in program history.
Golemon placed second in the Weight Throw on Friday with a throw of 17.23m which set a new program record breaking Imhotep Pryor's mark from 2022.
The Argos will be back in action on Friday, Feb. 6 for the Carignan Classic. Athletes will be competing throughout the day at the Kennedy-Stark Athletic Center in Bozeman, Mont.
