GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence softball program hosts Bismarck State on Friday and Saturday for the home opener.  The Argos will face the Mystics on Friday at 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and Saturday at 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Last Time Out
The Argos split with Dickinson State in the Frontier Conference opening series defeating the Blue Hawks 9-0 and 6-3 but fell 6-1 and 11-10. Freshman Madison Moultray threw two complete games, throwing 12 total innings with an ERA of 1.75. 
 
Stat Leaders
Junior Kasidy Yeoman is the Argos leading hitters thus far batting .524 which is the fifth best in the entire NAIA. Juniors Tehneson Ehnes and Erin Bishop have been the biggest run producers for UP driving in 27 and 24 runs so far this season. On the mound junior Ashley Mitchell and freshman Madison Moultray have led the way throwing 51.2 and 42.2 innings, respectively.
 
Bismarck State
The Mystics are 8-17 so far this season and are coming off a 3-1 series win over Carroll College their last time out. The Argos are 1-0 in their history versus Bismarck State defeating the Mystics 8-7 in Jamestown, N.D. on 2/6/26.
