Minot, North Dakota - Hungry for a rematch against Minot State, the Argos came up short, losing 4-2 on the road to the Beavers.

The Beavers got on the board first with a goal in the first period, but the Argos responded in the second period off the goal from Reed Link. However, the Argos allowed three straight goals in the third period. Trevor Checketts scored with under a minute left, but it was too little too late for the Argos.

The Argos will look to bounce back tomorrow when they face off again against Minot State, with a puck drop at 7 p.m.
