WILLISTON, N.D. – The No. 19 Argo men's hockey team (10-11-1) fell in a back-and-forth overtime battle with the No. 6 Williston State Tetons (15-16-1), 4-3, on Friday in Pete Conlin Sr. Arena.
 
Cody Hendrickson led the Argos with two points on two assists, while Leo Felt, Hunter Borst, and Joshua Larson tallied a score apiece. Michael Welch also tallied an assist for the Argos.
 
Both squads tallied a score in each frame, with Thomas King's score in the extra frame sealed the victory for the Tetons.
 
Felt got things going for the Argos at the 7:11-minute mark of the opening period as he netted a puck send from Welch to put the Argos on top, 1-0.
 
Williston State responded with 30 seconds remaining in the period to knot things up at one following the first 20 minutes of play.
 
The Argos retook the lead to open the second period as Hendrickson delivered a pick to Borst to give the Argos the one-point advantage, 2-1.
 
The Tetons would once more tie up the game as they tallied a score with four minutes remaining to send things into the final period tied up, 2-2.
 
Halfway through the final 20 minutes, Williston took their first lead of the game as they notched a score with slightly less than nine minutes to play to lead 3-2.
 
Less than two minutes later, the Larson would knot things up for the Argos at three to send the game into overtime.
 
The Tetons scored the game-winner less than two minutes into the extra frame to take the 4-3 win.
