GREAT FALLS, Mont. – The University of Providence has announced the hiring of
Lindsay Smith as the Head Coach of the Argos women's soccer program.

 A native of Great Falls, Mont., Lindsay coached at both C.M. Russell and Great Falls High Schools in addition to Humboldt State University. Smith also served as the technical director for Montana Rush and spent four years as the director of the Montana Olympic Development program. Lindsay currently serves on the girl's West Region Olympic Development staff and is also a US Soccer Women's Youth National Team Scout.

Prior to being named the Head Coach, Lindsay served as the assistant coach and head recruiter for three years for the University of Providence women's soccer program.
Lindsay is an alumnus of the University and received her bachelor's degree in 2001 and obtained a master's in Kinesiology from Humboldt State University in 2005.
Smith holds a USSF National B License and will be the fourth head coach in program history.
