Bill was the leader of the CGF bowling program, a founder of the CGF Lancers Booster Club, Director of the Student Center and Food Services and manager of the McLaughlin Center from 1960-78. He led the bowling program to national prominence – with three top-three finishes at the Intercollegiate Bowling championships, including a national title in 1973.
Bill earned his bachelor’s degree from CGF and became well-known for his work with Little League and American Legion Baseball, where he was the Montana District Administrator. The Great Falls Americans organization named its premiere softball diamond after Bill, and Legion baseball honored him with “Bill Gianoulias Night.” He passed away in 2012 at the age of 90.
